Terms of service
Effective October 29, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Digital Haven LLC (“we”), which runs Digital Haven at https://digitalhavenllc.com. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you are using Digital Haven for a business, you agree on its behalf.
What the service is
Digital Haven is digital Haven LLC builds web and Apple apps, and helps businesses with their processes and their IT. We may change or add to the service over time, and we may stop offering a feature with reasonable notice when we can give it.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to hold an account.
- Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what is done with your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
- Give us a working email address: it is how you reset your password and how we reach you about your account.
- An account belongs to a business. Its owner may add and remove people and decide what they may do; what they do inside it is the business’s responsibility.
Your content
- What you put into the service, files included, is yours. We claim no ownership of it.
- To run the service we need your permission to store, process, copy and display that content to you and to the people you share it with. You give us that permission for as long as the content is in the service. It ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies in backups, which are removed within 30 days.
- You are responsible for having the right to use what you upload.
- Do not use the service for anything unlawful, to harass or endanger anyone, to publish someone’s private information, to infringe anyone’s rights, or to spread malware or spam. Do not try to break into the service, overload it, or get around its limits.
- We may remove content or close an account that breaks these rules. Where we can, we will tell you first.
Ending an account
You can delete your account from the Settings page at any time. That removes your account details, and any business where you were the only member, from the service, with copies in backups removed within 30 days. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that has gone unpaid, or when we must to protect the service or other people.
What we do not promise
The service is provided as it is. We work to keep it available and correct, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for any particular purpose, and we make no other warranty, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.
Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Digital Haven LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or business, arising from the service or these terms. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or one hundred US dollars if you paid nothing. Some places do not allow these limits, in which case they apply as far as the law permits.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. For a change that matters we will email account holders at least 14 days before it takes effect; the date at the top of this page is when the current wording began. Using the service after a change means you accept it.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma, and you agree to their jurisdiction. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.
